Question of the week: "One of my favourites is Greenwich Park out in east London - from the top of the hill, the views back towards central London are fantastic, and no matter how many tourists are milling around the Observatory, the park never seems crowded, especially if you turn your back on the view and wander further into the park, towards the Wilderness, where the deer that once roamed this royal hunting ground now live.
There are plenty of sources of picnic ingredients in Greenwich itself - and the elegant Tea Pavilion in the park itself - but if you're not treating yourself to a river boat down from Blackfriars or Embankment but instead taking the Jubilee line route, stop off at London Bridge to stock up at Borough Market for a truly premium picnic, fit for your royal destination"
